I'm no expert - except for the fact that I spent half my life on some sort of sports field, but exercise needn't be a punishment or an expensive exercise.
I recently wrote a post about how to get fit easily. This very flexible daily exercise regime will help you loose some weight, firm up those flabby muscles and get you off the couch. I promise that I will be following it for the next 7 weeks. I hope that in 2 weeks I'll be fit enough and strengthened the muscles around my knee enough to pump up the pace to a jog. I would love to say that I jogged through the streets of Barcelona - with no bulls chasing me!
